Urbicus: The decay of the forge by the end of the 60’s gave way to wide brownfield expanses and to an exceptional site by the water. It is against such a strong historical and geographical backdrop that the municipality has initiated the urban reorganisation of its town centre. The improvements made have reconciled the city centre with the river and have delivered a wealth of benefits to the city by supplying the community with varied accommodation and leisure equipments and by encouraging business growth and sustainability in the area.
