This is one of the major projects carried out by the city of Tréport. It proposes a design reflection and complementary actions which allow the improvement of Tréport’s waterfront.

The design desires go hand in hand with the creation of a walking space which is marked on the floor with signposts; in this way, pedestrians would have a clear path to follow.

Moreover, the design reflection on the layout and the integrated aesthetics of exhibited surfaces, allow the installation of furniture along the upper promenade. This brings a contemporary image to the site as well as easier legibility to the whole design. The street furniture will be composed of benches, picnic tables, planters, trash cans…

Finally, the upper esplanade is endowed with planted areas providing the site with a vegetal link. Indeed, the enhancement of the vegetation, between the street and the upper promenade, is an important element of the project since it is the first view that the visitor will encounter. This green layout offers readability over the project, creating visual continuity without obstructing the sea’s view from the flats.
