Javier Pérez (ACXT): The aim of this proposal is to achieve a successful link between the two squares belonging to two different neighborhoods. They used to be separated by a railway line. The construction of the Bilbao underground eliminated this physical barrier but a psychological division still remains. Reunite two neighborhoods, two spaces, two squares: down on the ground, up in the sky.
