vetschpartner Landschaftsarchitekten specialises in designing, planning and building high-quality outdoor spaces – across the entire spectrum of landscape architecture’s subject areas, spaces and typologies. An experienced team of around 20 employees works on planning and building briefs, ranging from private refuges to public spaces.
Experience through Continuity
vetschpartner focuses on continuity, within its own team as well as its leadership and collaboration with customers and planning partners. Since 2008 the business, which was founded by Walter Vetsch in 1984 and turned into a public company in 1996, has had been led by Urs Baumgartner and Jürg Zollinger, two long-standing employees. Andreas Klahm has been an additional partner since 2022 and Stefanie Schaufelberger and Christian Marx joined the management team in 2025.

Our experience shines through right from the early stages – the design – when leading major projects; it displays the range of what can be done and at the same time opens up new design perspectives.

Continuity, our love of designing and a lively interest in new projects allow us to pursue and develop ideas and principles from project to project. In this way we create designs that implement functions in a sensuous manner, that fulfil the brief and at the same time surprise with the unexpected – designs of outside spaces that forego a planning-based signature in favour of the location-specific solution, while nevertheless having an inherent logic that expresses our experiences and perspectives.
