Who we are.
KRAFT.RAUM. designs and realizes the urban open spaces of tomorrow. After ten years of growth, the creative and international team has been operating centrally from Düsseldorf since 2021. Whether local or international, whether residential area or urban space – the office always deals holistically with the location to be planned. This makes it just as successful in competitions as it is in projects for municipalities, investors and companies. KRAFT.RAUM. finds solutions to the challenges of climate change in the form of green-blue infrastructure, rainwater management and circular economy. The team is constantly up to date on the topics of BIM and sustainability. So, they already have answers to the questions of the future.
What we believe in.
At the beginning there is always a strong concept – our designs are striking and clear. According to the motto “Just do it, it could be good”, we approach every design task with courage and energy. Another basic principle of our young office: Thinking outside the box. We invite partners from architecture, urban planning, art and ecology to rethink together and immerse themselves in a dynamic process. This creates free spaces that take into account all user interests and do justice to the unique power of the place. At the end of the day there are powerful spaces that show how common visions can be turned into reality.
