Kamo Marsh Landscape Architects is a committed Landscape Architecture company based in New Zealand. For the last 40 years we have been involved in award-winning landscape design, masterplanning, community consultation, cultural design, sustainable design and project management. Our work varies in scale from commercial, sub divisions and educational to residential property projects throughout New Zealand.

We take pride in offering a friendly and personal approach to every project we are involved in, and we value the vital role that communication plays in the design process. For each project Kamo Marsh develops a tailor-made solution based on the information received, site specific information and where suitable, follow Te Ao Māori design principles. At all stages we remain socially, sustainably and economically responsible to the project site and its surroundings.

All our project and design work is driven by strong team values which include employing sustainable concepts and kaitiakitanga (protection of the environment) into each project we work on. We have an innovative and creative staff base who relish the team approach to our projects. Many of the projects we work on are as part of a multi-disciplinary team, working closely with architects, engineers, planners, quantity surveyors, project managers and the community/ client to develop creative design solutions in a timely and cost effective manner. We enjoy this aspect of the work and being a design firm, it allows us to focus on creativity and innovation.

Another of our strong team values is the Maori concept of Manaakitanga, the support, respect and care of others. We believe strongly in supporting each person in our team both professionally and in their well-being and we are also active participants in helping the community through a variety of practical projects and endeavours.
