• Technical consulting and close communication with our design teams during all service phases
• Preparation of cost estimates, cost calculations, construction specifications
• Monitoring of deadlines and running costs, verification of invoices
• Construction supervision and acceptance of final inspections during the construction process
• Direct and independent communication with all parties involved with the construction site
• Completed studies in landscape architecture, civil engineering, construction management or engineering
• And/or completed vocational training as a master craftsman, technician or engineer specializing in garden and landscape construction or comparable technical training
• Professional experience in construction supervision, construction site management (technician); gladly also a project planner/designer with a desire to work in construction management
• A good understanding of open space planning and a keen eye for details and construction costs
• Proficient in the use of tendering/specifications programs such as Orca as well as the usual MS-Office products and AutoCAD
• Good written and spoken German
• Enthusiasm for investigating technical possibilities and finding unconventional solutions
• Good communication skills, a professional and engaging manner, service-oriented way of working, and adeptness at dealing with “life on a construction site”
