The International Garden Festival at Chaumont-sur-Loire has launched its competition for the 2027 edition, which will mark the Festival’s 35th anniversary.
Under the theme Gardens of Love, the Domain of Chaumont-sur-Loire invites garden designers to propose temporary gardens combining creative ambition, landscape rigour and high-quality execution.
Located in the Loire Valley UNESCO World Heritage cultural landscape, the Domaine de Chaumont-sur-Loire brings together historic heritage, contemporary art and landscape design. Its annual International Garden Festival has developed into an important platform for experimental garden and landscape design.
Selected teams will have the opportunity to realise their proposal at full scale on a plot of approximately 210 m². The completed gardens will remain open to visitors for six months as part of the 2027 Festival.
