The competition is open to landscape designers, landscape architects, architects, designers, scenographers, artists, gardeners, engineers, and students in landscape design, architecture, horticulture, or decorative arts. Teams combining different disciplines are welcome. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a legal status.
Selected participants will create a garden on a plot of around 210 m2, integrating a given theme into an open-air work presented from spring to autumn as part of the festival’s public programme.
Project submissions close 3 November 2026, the jury convenes on 17 November, with winners announced in mid-December 2026.
